Damaged Products or Missing Packages

If you receive an arrangement that is damaged or does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making things right. Please follow the steps below to initiate the process:

1. Process a Order Inquire Email

Contact us through our email customerservice@rosebinary.com with following information:

Subject: Order Replacement Inquire [Order#: xxxxxx]

          1. Full Name
          2. Order Number
          3. Date of Purchase
          4. Shipping Address
          5. 3-4 images clearly showing the damage
          6. Clear description of your issue with the product
2. Replacement Process

Once we receive your inquire email, we will conduct a investigation which may take up to 5 business days. Each case is carefully reviewed by our Quality Control Team. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. Upon an approved request, we will issue a replacement order.

      • A confirmed replacement order will be sent within 3 business days once the investigation concludes.
      • You will receive tracking information and updates from our Concierge Team throughout the process.
