Return Policy

At Rose Binary®, our Eternal Flower products are delicately handcrafted and made-to-order, ensuring a one-of-a-kind experience for each customer. We provide refunds in the form of electronic store credit ONLY.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY CHECK

• All intimates, jewelry, accessories are final sale and NOT eligible for returns.
• All discounted items are final sale and NOT eligible for returns.
• Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
• All items must be undamaged, unwashed, with any original tags attached.
• You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the instructions below to make a return.

1. 1. Pack item(s) to return into a box of your choice.
   2. Include your original invoice included in your package, a copy of the invoice, or your confirmation email so we can identify your order. Please provide the full name and email account you would like the electronic credit be assign to.
   3. Ship to our returns address with the provided shipping label.
   4. When received at our warehouse, you will be issued a gift card (within 30 days) for the items and sent a confirmation email.

RETURN PROCESS

Once we have received the return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Your electronic store credit will be assign to your account within 30 days. We will email you at the email your order was placed with notifying you when we process your electronic store credit.
